Using a combination of 2D & 3D images we take the brief and bring your space to life as renders and finishes to tell a story of what you will look like. We walk you through the journey until you are completely satisfied and are on the same page. It is at this point it is most economic to challenge the norm and look for unique solutions.

In today's environment of strict compliance, a higher level of detail documentation is required. Ellery Design creates a detailed document set to lodge for building consent, which compiles with NZ building codes and standards. This is used to get accurate tender pricing by contractors. We take care of landlord approvals and manage any consultant documentation required to deliver your project successfully.

We guide you through the tender process and once approved and appointed we take over the cost management and site management to ensure timings and budgets are achieved. We look after your project on behalf of you but ensure total transparency throughout the process. We deliver your vision into reality.
